§ 1What the site is

An independent information service about buying property in Spain. It is not a law firm, an estate agency, a lender or a government body, and reading it creates no client relationship.

§ 2How to use it

You may read, print and share links to pages for personal use. Do not copy pages in bulk, republish them, or present them as your own. Official texts quoted remain the property of their issuers.

§ 3No advice

Pages give general information that was checked at the date shown. Your situation depends on your nationality, residence, region, the property and the contract. Take advice from an independent Spanish lawyer, and a tax adviser where tax is involved, before you commit money.

§ 4Limit of liability

The publisher takes care to check each figure, but rules change and mistakes happen. To the extent the law allows, the publisher is not liable for losses arising from reliance on a page. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
